If you don’t have dental insurance, we can make your experience
much more feasible than paying out of pocket for every visit.
the fine print
This plan is for one person only. If there are other members in your family, you can sign them each up individually and pay the $300 for each individual person. (We can monitor this, no need to stress!)
The plan includes 2 healthy mouth cleanings. If your hygienist has recommended more frequent visits due to periodontal disease involvement, additional charges may be needed. Click HERE for more information regarding cleaning treatments.
20% discount on dental treatment applies to any treatment that has been recommended by either your dentist or dental hygienist. The discount is also honored if your hygienist has recommended additional or more extensive cleanings for that year.
This plan CANNOT be used in conjunction with other dental insurance plans. For example, if you have a primary insurance plan such as, Delta Dental, you are not able to use the SDIP as a secondary insurance plan. However, you do have the option to use the SDIP rather than your current plan if you feel it is more beneficial for YOU. Click HERE for more information regarding dental insurance.
